This plant is named after St. John, the Baptist. Nature’s Sunshine combines St. John’s wort with passion flower. Each capsule contains 300mg St. John’s wort standardised to 0.3% hypericin.

CAUTION: While taking this product, avoid exposure to strong sunshine and tanning rays or tanning salons. Consult your health care provider before using this product if you are taking any prescription medicines including contraceptive ill, anti-depressive drugs, selective serotonin uptake inhibitors, as well as any MAO inhibitors.

Take 1 capsule with a meal three times daily
