Psyllium Hulls Combination (375g)

Provides bulk to the diet. The hulls absorb several times their weight in liquid. Psyllium has high amounts of undigestible fibre that has a mucilaginous quality. Nature’s Sunshine’s Psyllium Hulls Combination contains psyllium hulls, hibiscus flower and licorice root in bulk rather than encapsulated form.

May cause a reaction in persons allergic to inhaled or ingested psyllium.

Stir 1 teaspoon powder into 8 oz. water, fruit juice or other liquid one to three times daily. Children 6 years and older, use 1/4 teaspoon in half a glass of liquid at bedtime

(375g per container).
