Hi, my name is Rob Dulieu and I am propritetor of Stamford Personal Fitness & Stamford Boot Camp.

Due to the nature of our busy lifestyles, most people fail to take regular exercise and eat highly processed, overcooked convenience foods that are starved of nutrients. Even if you eat a balanced diet, it is really hard to get all the key nutrients required to sustain optimal health which is why I am so passionate about good supplementation.

As a Fitness professional I am often asked by clients what they should take to supplement their diet. Back on 4th December 2010, I  broke the Guinness World Record for the ABDOMINAL PLANK EXERCISE with a time of 19 minutes and 58 seconds.
